I quote

“An artist is a traveler who moves on a journey of discovery. Our life is a trek we take to experience the realms and rhythms of the self and a safari where we witnesses the splendor of nature’s creativity which finds its expressions when the paintings unfold alongside the process of ebbs and flows of the creative energies.”

For art is nothing but Magic.

Born and brought up in the land of diversity and rich cultural heritage India, I have always been in tune with my creative self and continue to passionately polish my artistic skills relying on my practice and my own sense of direction.

My intimacy with nature inspires me to create which makes me more of a landscape artist. Artists like, Edgar Payne, Isaac Leviton are a few of my favorites who enlighten me to optimize my creative power.

My paintings begin with the thought “What do I want to create today?”
and the answer leads me to draw inspiration from nature, visualizations,
reference photos, paintings which brings the process to form.

A sacred sanctuary, a creative space where all my artistic ideas come to life is my home studio.

Being an artist and creating within the comfort of my home is something I truly enjoy. Everytime I create something, I have the unique perspective of seeing the inner me.

I work in a variety of mediums like oil, acrylics, and pastels. But due to the humid weather conditions of where I live, more often I choose to work
with the medium of acrylics.

Merging abstracts with realism, a style that seems distinctive is adding to my body of work. Working with a limited palette is something I truly enjoy as it puts me through the creation of colors and also brings a sense of harmony to my paintings.

I want my viewers to not only stand to see my paintings but to feel them.

It is said

“Writing poetry helps you create deeper, better art.”

There are times when I wrap up my feelings in the form of poetry.

My poems provide a melodious window into my thoughts.

I hope you enjoy reading them too.

Keep visiting for I shall continue writing.
