The nominating committee of the Watercolor Society of Oregon recently asked me to be the Vice President of the Watercolor Society of Oregon! I was excited and very honored! I gladly accepted the nomination. The official election will be held October 4, 2009 at the Fall WSO Convention. I will serve a three year term, one year as Vice-President, one as President and finally Past-President.
The WSO is a very supportive, encouraging and organized watercolor society. I’m looking forward continuing this tradition and sharing my enthusiasm for art, my knowledge of web design and online marketing and my passion for art education!

I live in Redding part time and Los Gatos the rest of the time – would have loved to take one of your workshops up there – I love your work. Is there a possibility you will do a workshop in the South Bay next year?
